You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received by us. When your order is despatched, you will receive a message with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on the order.

We have no minimum order. We provide free deliveries all over India.

Yes. To modify your order, please write to us at hello@naturesascent.com or call us at +91 8383906754 with order ID. We will resolve your query at the earliest. 

You can change the address of your order by sending email us at hello@naturesascent.com and we’ll do it right away. Be sure to change your address before the order has been dispatched because it wouldn’t be possible for us to change the address once the order is dispatched.

The order will reach to you within 2-10 days depending upon your location. If there are delays due to circumstances out of our control, we will inform you about the same. However, we make 100% effort to deliver all orders on time from our end.

To cancel your order, please send us an email to hello@naturesascent.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our fulfilment center.

The refund will be processed, to the original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
