We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore we have a very liberal refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before Shipment
You may cancel your order any time before the product is shipped which is normally next working day of receiving the order. We will refund the entire amount either to the wallet or to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. However, please note that the payment gateway charges for payment as well as for refund transaction shall be deducted.
Cancellation post Shipment
Orders once shipped cannot be stopped in between and hence cannot be cancelled for any reason and there shall be no refund.
Products purchased under a scheme with freebies must be sent along with the freebies back in order for a refund.
Cancellation by naturesascent.com
naturesascent.com shall not unilaterally cancel any order once placed. However, in the event if it is not possible to deliver the product for which the order is placed, naturesascent.com reserves its rights to cancel such order by giving You an intimation of the same. In the event that naturesascent.com cancels an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5 business days after the cancellation is duly processed by Us.
Replacement Policy
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8383906754 or email us at hello@naturesascent.com mentioning your Order ID and Image of the product.
In case of defective, incorrect / wrong product, You can contact our customer service team for replacing the same within 2 days of receiving the product. Kindly WhatsApp and Email your Order ID details, Image of the product and Invoice for replacement.
We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
However the cost of returning the product (courier charges) shall be borne by the customer.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day of your replacement request, to complete the process.
Returned/Exchange Conditions
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that is opened;
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging;
- If request is initiated after 48 hours of receipt of delivery;
- Is a free product provided by Seller.
