Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy Stand as follows:
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of the receipt of the order and the payment.
- We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays.
- We ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.
- Delivery may take up to 10 working days depending on the delivery address.
- For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
- However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

- We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
